About Us
Are you a purpose-driven marketing and communications leader, ready to make a real impact on the lives of millions?
The Money and Pensions Service (MaPS) is looking for an Interim Head of Customer Communications & Marketing – a newly created senior leadership role offering the opportunity to define, lead and deliver powerful communications that help people make better money and pension choices throughout their lives.
This is more than just a job. It’s a chance to transform how we connect with the UK public, delivering engaging, insightful, and inclusive communications that empower people to build financial resilience and protect their future.
About the Role
Joining the Customer Engagement leadership team, you’ll take ownership of a broad portfolio from customer communications and digital engagement to brand, PR, media, SEO and AI-informed search. You’ll lead a passionate, skilled team and work cross-functionally to deliver a communications strategy that raises awareness, builds trust, and drives engagement with MoneyHelper and other MaPS services.
You’ll be a key strategic advisor, using insight, data and creativity to connect with diverse audiences – including consumers, partners, professionals and policy-makers – across multiple channels.

At MaPS, we don’t just talk about impact, we deliver it.
